UK: Please allow 3 - 5 business days for delivery, Europe & other areas: 7 - 14 business days.
You will receive a confirmation message from us detailing your order. You will also receive email confirmation of your purchase from our merchant, Nochex.
Order Tracking
All orders are sent via Royal Mail's Signed For service. Should you require your Royal Mail tracking number simply email us stating your name, address and date of purchase - please DO NOT telephone us with tracking number or delivery information requests.

Shipping Costs are displayed on the shopping cart page. Currently there are two shipping options: Royal Mail Signed For, 1st or 2nd class. You may obtain your Royal Mail tracking number by using the form on our Contact Us page.
Returns

This is our detailed 30-Day Money Back Guarantee Policy. Unless another return policy is indicated, all electronic cigarette devices (excluding cartridge refills) sold by ecigonline.co.uk are covered by this 30-Day Money Back Guarantee Policy. Merchandise under this 30-Day Money Back Guarantee Policy may be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date for a refund of the full product price at the time of purchase, not including shipping. All returns require an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) which can be obtained by using the form on our Contact Us page. All items returned for a refund must be received within 30 days of the original purchase date, and be in new condition with all original packaging in order to receive a full refund for the price of the product at the time of purchase, not including shipping.
Warranty
PCM Global Trading Limited provide a 1 year RTB warranty on all items sold to cover defaults in manufacture only. This is in addition to any statutory rights.
In the unlikely event that a product is found to be faulty the customer should make contact immediately in order to obtain an RMA number. This request should be made via the e-mail form provided on our Contact Us page.
Accidental damage or damage due to misuse or neglect of the product is not covered by our warranty, although we do offer chargeable repair in such situations. Please note: Customer is liable for return postage costs except where a manufacturing fault has been identified. In such cases PCM Global Trading Limited will be happy to reimburse postage costs.
