Delivery times
UK: Please allow 1 - 5 business days for delivery, Europe & other areas: 7 - 14 business days.

You will receive a confirmation message from us detailing your order. You will also receive email confirmation of your purchase from our merchant, Nochex.

Order Tracking
All orders are sent via Royal Mail's Signed For service. Should you require your Royal Mail tracking number simply email us stating your name, address and date of purchase - please DO NOT telephone us with tracking number or delivery information requests.

We would like to remind all customers that placing an order via this web site constitutes acceptance of this site's Terms and Conditions and our Health & Safety guidelines.

Shipping Costs are displayed on the shopping cart page. Currently there are two shipping options: Royal Mail Signed For, 1st or 2nd class. You may obtain your Royal Mail tracking number by using the form on our Contact Us page.

60 day Warranty Policy:
This is our detailed 60-Day Warranty Policy. Unless another return policy is indicated, all electronic cigarette devices (excluding cartridge refills) sold by ecigonline.co.uk are covered by this 60-Day Warranty Policy.

60 Days Replacement:
In the case of any defect with the electronic parts of the products within 60 days of your purchase after the normal use, we will replace the E-CIG electronic parts for you or fix the problem for you FREE OF CHARGE, including the shipping cost of the replaced part FREE OF CHARGE. You are not expected to order again to obtain replacement part(s).

Warranty:
All Ecig Online products come with a 60 day warranty. Purchasers should be aware that, although our Electronic Cigarette Atomizers and E.Cigarette Rechargeable Batteries are made to the highest quality, they are functional devices that may fail or degrade over a period of time, especially when in constant use (the Electronic Cigarette Atomizer's normal lifespan is approx' 14 - 60 days and an Electronic Cigarette's battery life is around 2-3 months). Many users of the Electronic Cigarette purchase spare Electronic Cigarette Atomizers and Electronic Cigarette Batteries for this reason.

The above Warranty is in addition to and does not affect your statutory rights.

Returns, Damages and Shortages:
If the product arrives to you damaged, incomplete or in non-working order we will return your product for another in working condition. You must notify us within the first 7 days of receipt that you will be returning it for an exchange. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 30 days of the date you received the item (un-used) and we will make a full refund.
Please note: We can only accept the return of opened and used items if they are faulty. This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights. If your order is incomplete in any way you must notify us within 7 days of recieving the delivery, any claims after this time will not be valid.

In the unlikely event that a product is found to be faulty the customer should make contact immediately in order to obtain an RMA number. This request should be made via the e-mail form provided on our Contact Us page.

Accidental damage or damage due to misuse or neglect of the product is not covered by our warranty, although we do offer chargeable repair in such situations. Please note: Customer is liable for return postage costs except where a manufacturing fault has been identified. In such cases PCM Global Trading Limited will be happy to reimburse postage costs.
