These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the ecigonline.co.uk web site (ecigonline.co.uk Site) and your relationship with ecigonline.co.uk and our parent company PCM Global Trading Limited (ecigonline, We or us). Please read them carefully as they affect your rights and liabilities under the law. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, please do not register for or use the ecigonline.co.uk Site.

You must be eighteen (18) years of age, and possess a valid credit card to purchase our products. Ecigonline & PCM Global Trading Limited will not sell products to minors. We reserve the right to cancel any sales transaction based on our sole discretion where we believe the purchaser intends to purchase products on behalf of a minor.

It should be noted that nicotine, in high doses, can be harmful. In its pure form nicotine is classed as a poison therefore, we are required to show the relevant labels below. Ecigonline accepts no responsibility for ill health or injury resulting from use, abuse or misuse of the e-cigarette.

Using nicotine products - what you should know:

You may not be able to use certain forms of nicotine if you have medical conditions that could interfere with use. Ongoing nasal or sinus problems (such as allergies, nasal polyps, or sinusitis) could affect safe use of the nasal spray form of nicotine. Pregnant Women:

Nicotine can cause harm to an unborn baby. Do not use nicotine if you are pregnant. Tell your doctor if you become pregnant during treatment. Use an effective form of birth control while you are using this medication. Nicotine can pass into breast milk and may harm a nursing baby. Do not use this medication without telling your doctor if you are breast-feeding a baby.

Pricing
The price of the goods ordered will be the price shown in the currency you select at the time of the order. The cost of arranging delivery and purchase price will be clearly displayed on the checkout page before the customer commits to the order and will be the full and final amount due for the order.

Duty & Taxes
All our products are duty paid in the United Kingdom. Any additional duties or taxes payable by customers outside the UK is the sole responsibility and liability of the customer. We may alter the description of the shipping goods and can ship to the countries as indicated in our web site, but it is your sole responsibility and liability to check with customs and to get your order through customs.

Goods are not supplied on a trial basis or on a 'use or return' basis for personal hygiene reasons. However, we do provide you with the following Guarantees:

Cooling-off period:
By law, customers located in the European Union also have the right to withdraw from the purchase of an item within seven working days of the day after the date the item is delivered. Where you are withdrawing from your purchase within the seven working day cooling-off period, and there has been no error on our part, we will refund the cost of the item. The return shipping costs are at the cost of Consumer.

Items returned under the above cooling-off period must be un-opened. Returned items will not be accepted if they are damaged or have been opened. Refunds will be made by company cheque as soon as possible after the returned goods are received. We recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service for all returns.

60 Days Replacement:
In the case of any defect with the electronic parts of the products within 60 days of your purchase after the normal use, we will replace the E-CIG electronic parts for you or fix the problem for you FREE OF CHARGE, including the shipping cost of the replaced part FREE OF CHARGE. You are not expected to order again to obtain replacement part(s).

Warranty:
All Ecig Online products come with a 60 day warranty. Purchasers should be aware that, although our Electronic Cigarette Atomizers and E.Cigarette Rechargeable Batteries are made to the highest quality, they are functional devices that may fail or degrade over a period of time, especially when in constant use (the Electronic Cigarette Atomizer's normal lifespan is approx' 14 - 60 days and an Electronic Cigarette's battery life is around 2-3 months). Many users of the Electronic Cigarette purchase spare Electronic Cigarette Atomizers and Electronic Cigarette Batteries for this reason.

The above Warranty is in addition to and does not affect your statutory rights.

Returns, Damages and Shortages:
If the product arrives to you damaged, incomplete or in non-working order we will return your product for another in working condition. You must notify us within the first 7 days of receipt that you will be returning it for an exchange. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 30 days of the date you received the item (un-used) and we will make a full refund.
Please note: We can only accept the return of opened and used items if they are faulty. This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights. If your order is incomplete in any way you must notify us within 7 days of recieving the delivery, any claims after this time will not be valid.

WARNING:
Electronic Cigarette cartridges contain Propylene Glycol and Nicotine as a part of their ingredients. Propylene Glycol is commonly in everyday use and is considered food safe. Nicotine, however, is an addictive toxin and self administration is entirely at the users own discretion and risk. Please make sure that you carry out specific research and read our FAQ, Terms and Health & Safety sections on this site (www.ecigonline.co.uk). You should also consult your doctor or specialist before using any nicotine products. Do not ingest the Electronic Cigarette cartridge or the nicotine liquid directly or allow prolonged contact with skin. Keep out of reach of children. Exposure to the cartridges can lead to serious injury or even death. Ecigonline.co.uk can in no way accept responsibity for the misuse and abuse of its products by you the consumer.

Ecigonline reserves the right to conduct business with only those parties that they deem fit and to refuse service to anyone for rude and obnoxious behavior, misrepresentations of any kind, violations of general internet policies such as spam and/or continual customer complaints for products and/or services offered.
